Costco Bakery

12 Of The Unhealthiest Foods Costco Bakery Offers
The single most popular item in Costco's bakery is the six-packs of colossal Kirkland Signature Muffins. Unfortunately, they have a seriously elevated calorie count.
The Double Chocolate has a whopping 690 calories, with 79 grams of carbohydrates, 38 grams of fat, and 48 grams of sugar a pop, and the Pumpkin Streusel doesn't fare much better.
The Kirkland Signature Plain Cheesecake is generally hailed as utterly delicious by consumers, with some calling it one of the best they have ever eaten.
Sadly, the nutrition stats tell a different story. Each fluffy white triangle slice brings 19 grams of saturated fat, about 30% more than the daily limit.
Cream Cheese Danish
The decadent, oversized Kirkland Signature Cream Cheese Danish is hard to resist, but its notable size also makes it nutritionally undesirable.
At 500 calories, a whopping 59 grams of total carbohydrates, 36 grams of sugar, and 27 grams of fat (11 saturated), it leaves much to be desired in the health department.
Chocolate Cookies
Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chunk Gourmet Cookies have larger-than-normal hunks of chocolate folded into the dough to create an even sweeter bite.
Each cookie has 210 calories, 27 grams of carbohydrates, and 16 grams of sugar. Although delicious, we aren't convinced these morsels are worth it, at least not on a regular basis.
Warm it and spread it with jam for breakfast or stuff it with turkey and cheese for lunch. With a pack of Kirkland Signature Butter Croissants, anything is possible.
However, each jumbo croissant has 300 calories (160 come from fat), 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 330 milligrams of sodium, and 30 grams of carbohydrates.
