Experience

Sydney worked as the executive assistant to actor Tim Blake Nelson from June 2016 to August 2018. In September 2018, she began work as a fiction reader for the Salt Hill Journal, where she read more than 100 fictional stories from students. In January 2021, she worked as a freelance treatment writer for a TV show pitched to HGTV called "The Oz Effect." Since March 2021, she's worked as a freelance writer for the What Now Media Group. She contributed to MegaMenu in 2021.

Education

Sydney graduated with a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2014. She also graduated with an M.F.A. in Creative Writing (fiction) from Syracuse University in 2021.
