Rai Mincey started her food writing journey in 2017 with a little blog called The Iron Sister. That blog became an editorial assisting gig that became a three-year stint at Allrecipes. She's edited low-carb cookbooks, created blog posts for hospital dining systems, and traveled the world in search of incredible bites.

Education

Rai earned her B.A. in communication management from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019.
